Please read these terms carefully before using OCPW digital visiting card, mini website, dashboard, renewal, and related services.
Customer Content
Customers must provide correct business details, images, videos, product information, pricing, social links, payment details, and contact numbers. OCPW is not responsible for incorrect, misleading, copyrighted, or unauthorized content submitted by the customer.
Design & Updates
Designs, layouts, colors, and sections may be updated for better usability and compatibility. Reasonable content updates can be handled through the dashboard or support process. Major custom changes may require additional time or charges.
Payments & Renewals
Service fees, renewal fees, and plan charges must be paid as communicated. If a card expires or renewal payment is not completed, the card may be disabled until renewal is completed.
Third-Party Links
Cards may include WhatsApp, social media, YouTube, payment links, map links, or other external services. OCPW does not control third-party platform availability, policy changes, or technical issues.
Prohibited Content
Customers must not publish illegal, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, adult, hateful, or harmful content. OCPW may remove, suspend, or refuse any card that violates these terms or applicable law.
Availability
We try to keep services available and stable, but temporary downtime may happen due to maintenance, hosting issues, domain problems, network failures, or third-party service disruption.
Changes to Terms
OCPW may update these terms when services, policies, pricing, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the service means the customer accepts the latest terms.
